Director of Business Development Responsibilities
? Managing, developing and supporting a sales team focusing on maximizing productivity
? Develop and maintain existing accounts through follow-up on a systematic basis
? Responsible for achieving annual sales plan through growth and penetration of existing accounts
? Present new ideas and products from primary vendors and exclusive brand products to secure accounts
? Ensure optimum service to accounts
? Maintain a profile on all accounts
? Some travel will be required

Director of Business Development Qualifications: ? 5+ years managing a sales team is required ? Experience using quantitative & qualitative research data ? Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities ? Demonstrated problem-solving ability and negotiation skills?
