Key Responsibilities

? Review and correct data for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality output.
? Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents.
? Update and retrieve data as needed, ensuring information is current and accessible.
? Perform regular data backups to safeguard information.
? Organize and maintain files for efficient retrieval.
? Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies or issues.
? Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements
? Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
? Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
? Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting errors.
? Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
