Job Summary
As a Data Entry Operator II, you will play a crucial role in transcribing data into a computer-friendly format. Under general supervision, you'll utilize your keyboard skills and understanding of data entry procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
Responsibilities
? Review and process electronically stored data following established procedures.
? Verify and correct data entries for accuracy and completeness.
? Process applications and data within defined timelines.
? Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
? Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
Minimum Qualifications
? Two years of relevant experience in data entry or clerical work.
? Proficiency in using business software and internet applications.
? Strong customer service and communication skills.
? High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
? Previous experience working in a remote setting.
? Familiarity with government security clearance procedures.
Physical Requirements
? Ability to use a keyboard and monitor computer systems for extended periods.
? Capability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds.
? Comfortable with answering and making phone calls.
Work Environment
? Remote work setup with occasional transportation to customer sites.
? Exposure to office/shop environments with some background noise.
