? Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy;
? Input alphanumeric data from source documents accurately and efficiently;
? Keeping information confidential;
? Reviewing and make corrections to entered information;
? Completing support tickets generated by staff within the scheduling system;
? Validating accuracy of existing data through periodic audits;
? Preparing and filtering data to be aggregated for reporting;
? Reviewing time-sheets for accuracy and reconciling discrepancies;
? Resolves inconsistencies by contacting the source for clarification.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
