What is Required (Qualifications):
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
• Skilled communicator (verbal and written)
• Advanced knowledge of ClubReady site
• Comprehensive knowledge of key accounts business practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 12-18 months in a customer support role
• Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to train and develop others
