Customer Service Specialist-REMOTE USA BASED

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
? Assist clients with scheduling services and provide information about our offerings.
? Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Provide feedback to management regarding customer... concerns and suggestions for improvement.
? Continuously contribute to the development of best practices for customer service.
? Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance service skills.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; degree in communications or a related field is a plus.
? Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
? Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
? Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
? Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
