B&H Industrial is a family-owned, third-generation industrial supply company founded in 1976. We seek an additional and exceptional Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team!

Job Description:

B&H seeks exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship with our clients. To be successful in this role, you need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, and be able to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner.

Main Job Duties:
? Manage and assign emails
? Process invoices from suppliers
? Deliver customer invoices
? Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions
? Enter tracking numbers into ERP and eCommerce websites
? Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors
? Provide verbal and email quotes to customers
? Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability
? Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments
? Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates
? Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors
? Keep track of past-due invoices

Skills:
? Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills
? Highly detail-oriented
? Proactive work ethic and communication
? High-level organizational skills
? Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Experience with eCommerce software
? Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus
? Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation
? Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines

Requirements: ? E-commerce/Support & Sales: 3 years (Required) ? A reliable and fast internet connection is required for this position.
