We are looking for REMOTE Customer Service Representatives to join one of Rochester, New York?s top workplaces! The hours of operation are between 8:00a-8:00p EST.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Our representatives answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting, providing exceptional customer service by supporting and responding to inquires. Some duties include:
? Providing responsive and professional customer service to members regarding their auto insurance policies.
? Advising of and selling membership benefits to customers on calls
? Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems
? Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores
? Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department
? Attending coachings and team meetings
? Performing other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for those with the following:
? Inbound customer service experience required.
? Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars.
? Must be willing to advise of and sell membership benefit products.
? Sales experience preferred.
? Associate degree preferred.
? A remote setting that provides the same distraction-free environment as an office.
? Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
? Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently, with prior experience working in a virtual desktop environment.
? Prior experience with Five9 a plus.

? The completion of an internet speed test, pre-employment assessment, reference/background screening, and drug screening
