What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Receive and document customer concerns accurately and in a timely manner
? Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems
? Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department
? Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
? Review and educate members on services and insurance coverage
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
? 0-2 years of related experience
? 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience
? Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills
? Typing speed of 35wpm or more
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
? Willingness to work overtime as required
? Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
