Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Pathfinders Inc is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our client for a contract opportunity in Chandler, AZ! ? Must live within 60 miles of Chandler AZ ... Responsibilities: ? Conduct outbound calls to potential customers ? Handle customer service inquiries and problems ? Receiving inbound customer calls ? Identify what are the customer?s needs and then route them to the appropriate department ? Handling a blended call center environment with make outbound and taking inbound calls ? This position supports sales and is centered on different client campaigns related to corporate needs ? Document all call information accurately in the system

Requirements: ? High School Diploma or GED required ? 1 to 2 years of related experience ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficient in outbound calling techniques ? Outbound dialing, upselling experience preferred ? Telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling phone sales is a plus ? Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus ? Ability to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task
