Customer Service Representative (CSR) WAH - 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm shifts available!

Position summary

We seek applicants who are positive, professional, and able to move from one call to another while making the caller feel as if s/he is the most important caller of the day.

Qualifications

You are required to have:
? minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service related field
?n understanding of excellent customer care concepts
?roficiency with computer skills (internet browser, email, ability to learn new software)
?ood communication skills both written and oral
?bility to communicate professionally with customers
?bility to handle private and confidential information
? work ethic that demonstrates dependability
?bility to be thorough and complete in tasks

Additional preferred qualifications: ?ork experience in a call center ?ood conflict resolution skills

Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
?uesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
?unday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

This is a work from home position.
