What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle and respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and efficiency
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers
• Create, add, edit, and troubleshoot within client systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
• Upsell relevant products and services based on customers' needs and preferences during interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing in English
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
