Our CSRs are front and center with the customer, providing a safe, seamless, and prompt parking experience while offering the highest level of customer service - the FINE Experience. A full job description will be provided upon interview.

Responsibilities: ? Greet customers warmly and professionally. ? Assist customers with parking procedures and shuttle services. ? Maintain facility security and uphold company standards. ? Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services. ? Process payments and assist with customer accounts. ? Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery. ? Perform additional duties as needed.
