Key Responsibilities
? Conduct outbound calls to customers, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
? Capture and enter data accurately during interactions.
? Upsell products and services as appropriate.
? Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format.
? Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications
? Experience: At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripts is required.
? Communication Skills: A clear, friendly, and professional voice; strong people skills and active listening abilities are essential.
? Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality.
? Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred.
? Education: High school diploma or GED.
? Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency are necessary.

Work-from-Home Requirements
? A PC or laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
? A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable).
? USB-connected headset and webcam.
? A quiet workspace free from distractions, such as pets and children.
