In Your Typical Day, You Will:
? Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound(dialer) calls a day
? Assist customers with payment options, escrow items and any general mortgage information
? Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web and IVR
? Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment

Qualifications: ? 6 months or more with customer service experience ? 6 months or more with call center experience

Additional Details:
? Hourly rate is $15.00 an hour
? Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards!
? Must reside within 60 miles from office location
? Comprehensive 6- week paid virtual training ? equipment is provided
? Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training is required.
? Hours of Operations: Monday - Thursday 7am ? 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm.
? Work schedule after training will align with these business hours
