We?e currently looking for enthusiastic customer service focused individuals who put customers first, enjoy problem solving, are proactive and can use their initiative to exceed customers?xpectations!
Cactus Search are currently in partnership with an amazing client who have consistently been at the top of their game within the Contact Centre Industry.

Salary - ?18,860 (Already pro-Rated down to this salary)

Part time (Average 28hours per week) - 4 on 4 off

Rotas available;

Position 1 - 16:45pm - 00:45pm - 10pm - 6am - You will rotate between these two shifts

?hrive on learning new knowledge and skills and are quick to adapt. Know your way around a computer and can navigate multiple systems.
?e self-motivated and can work from home with minimal supervision. Be resilient and can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
?ontact Centre Customer service experience Is essential
?ood basic IT skills and strong written literacy skills
?ositive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers over the phone
?bility to work under pressure and handle a high number of calls/emails within a shift
?ust have worked in a past position that includes a night shift in the past
