Job Description

The expected pay range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 yearly. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Computer and Information Systems Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, directing, and coordinating activities in electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations and systems.

Key Responsibilities: ?roject Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate IT-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. ?ystem Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of information systems. ?eam Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management. ?ystems Analysis: Conduct systems analysis to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of current IT systems and recommend improvements. ?trategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with the organization? goals and objectives.

Qualifications
? minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management, systems analysis, and computer programming.
?roficiency in IT infrastructure, network management, database management, and software development. Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics is a plus.
?trong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?trong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
?roven experience in managing IT projects from inception to completion, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
?bility to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business environments.

Preferred Qualifications: ?xperience with enterprise-level applications and systems.

Education:
?achelor? degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
?aster? degree in a relevant field.(Preferred)
?rofessional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL.(Preferred)

?ust have an active Public Trust or have the ability to obtain one.
