What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for abuse claims
? Investigate claims through various means including phone calls and written correspondence
? Present claims and trends to leadership, discussing coverage and liability assessments
? Analyze information to determine ultimate exposure for claims
? Negotiate and resolve claims within delegated authority, providing necessary reports to relevant departments

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? College degree preferred
? 8+ years of casualty claims handling experience, specifically with abuse or molestation claims
? Experience in coverage analysis and claim evaluations
? Superior communication and strategic negotiation skills
? Moderate proficiency with standard business-related software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Law degree preferred but not required
? Proven problem-solving and excellent presentation skills
? Valid state-issued driver?s license in good standing
