Key Responsibilities
? Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored for online learning environments.
? Collaborate with general education teachers to promote inclusive practices and ensure that all students receive the support they need.
? Conduct online assessments to evaluate student progress using digital tools and adapt teaching strategies to meet each student?s unique needs.
? Engage with parents, colleagues, and administrators through video conferencing and other digital platforms to maintain open lines of communication.
? Manage accurate and organized digital records of student progress, IEPs, and other documentation.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Valid Wyoming teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
? Experience in online or distance learning environments.
? Strong digital literacy and proficiency with educational technology platforms.
? Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills.
? Self-motivated and able to work independently.
? Patience, creativity, and adaptability in a remote teaching setting.
