Responsibilities: ?stablish and develop relationships with business owners via marketing, cold calling, referrals, centers of influence, etc. ?ollaborate with Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew existing book of business ?onducting needs analysis with each client, making sure to uncover any gaps in coverage ?espond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage in a prompt and timely manner ?ecome familiar with products, services and systems ?eet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes ?ontribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives

Requirements: ?roperty and Casualty insurance license required. ?ntrepreneurial personality ?ass background check ?trong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills ?ood operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers) ?onfident self-starter who works well independently ?trong analytical and problem-solving capabilities ?bility to multi-task
