Responsibilities
? Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat.
? Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
? Guide customers through the use of our products and services to enhance their experience.
? Document customer interactions and feedback in our support system accurately and efficiently.
? Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate issues when necessary.
? Monitor chat queues and ensure that customer requests are handled promptly and effectively.
? Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts to enhance personal skills and team performance.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
? Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a chat environment.
? Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
? Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
? Familiarity with customer support software and chat platforms is required.
? A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.

Wages - $25.10 - $28.90 Hourly
