Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through online chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, processing payments, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while interacting with customers
• Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Energetic and dedicated personality traits
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
