Chat Support Representative

Dark Storm Industries, a leading manufacturer in the firearms and tactical gear industry, is seeking a highly motivated Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic customer experience team. Responsibilities: ? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat ? Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and general inquiries ? Troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments ? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system ? Provide knowledgeable support in compliance with industry regulations ? Contribute to improving chat support protocols and customer satisfaction

Qualifications: ? 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in chat or e-commerce ? Excellent written communication skills ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms ? Knowledge or interest in firearms or tactical equipment is a plus ? High school diploma or equivalent required; associate?s or bachelor?s degree preferred
