Certified Pharmacy Technician - Work from Home

BroadPath is immediately hiring Medicare Part D Pharmacy Technicians to join our remote team. To be considered for the role, you must hold a CPhT certification in their residential state. The work at home Pharmacy Technician will play a crucial role in our Medicare quality improvement initiatives.

As our Remote Pharmacy Technician, you'll leverage your expertise to improve patient outcomes through our Medicare Quality and STAR measures program. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented pharmacy professional who enjoys both analytical work and patient interaction.

Responsibilities
?ead member outreach initiatives to optimize clinical quality and close healthcare gaps
?ollaborate with our Analytics team to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care
?reate engaging member communications and track program success
?nteract directly with Medicare members and healthcare providers
?evelop and maintain performance metrics for quality improvement programs
?rive medication adherence initiatives through data-driven strategies

Qualifications
?ust hold an active Pharmacy Technician License in your residential state.
?+ years of Medicare Part D experience

Preferred Qualifications
?ational Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
?xperience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
?ealthcare analytics background
?revious remote work experience
