What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must reside within 90 miles of Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, or Pocatello
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Strong communication skills and a passion for serving others
? Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and education on products/services
? Ability to navigate multiple computer software systems and strong keyboarding skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
? Experience in a remote work environment
? Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass a Spanish language assessment
