What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely responses and adherence to telephone etiquette
? Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments across various clinics and departments
? Verify and update patient insurance information and demographic data
? Provide information about clinic services and address patient inquiries to resolve issues
? Assist in Health Information Systems (HIS) tasks and outreach projects

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Completion of a high school certificate or equivalent
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
? Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
? Ability to work variable evening shifts and hours
? Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in English

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Prior telephonic customer service experience
? Experience in a healthcare setting
? Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), Vietnamese, or Spanish
? Ability to maintain a positive environment while working with diverse cultures
