What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Take ownership of employee contacts to ensure resolution with a high degree of problem-solving
• Handle inquiries related to Leave, Disability, and Accommodation via phone, chat, and email
• Build trust with employees through empathetic and personalized communication
• Analyze and decide on requests for disability, leave, and accommodations using critical thinking
• Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 2-5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent
• Proven ability to use Microsoft Office and other computer or internet-based programs
• Flexibility to support a 24x7 operations schedule
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in high-volume call centers
• Previous experience in human resources or related fields
