Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service or call center role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
