Responsibilities
? Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
? Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy
? Document all customer interactions accurately in the database
? Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs
? Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
? Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service experience
? Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on established performance criteria
Requirements
? Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
? Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite
? Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
? Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
? High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferre
