What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications
? Support multiple Software Development projects
? Create documentation for existing systems and perform data analysis
? Design schema for legacy client systems
? Report directly to the Director of Projects

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Systems Analyst
? Strong SQL knowledge and experience
? Technical writing skills
? Experience working with external clients
? Proficient in database schema design and SQL data analysis
? Excellent verbal and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL data migrations
? Familiarity with Crystal, SSRS, or other reporting tools
? Ability to manage databases with provided IDEs
? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
