    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and manage a small satellite office team to ensure smooth mail coordination and processing
  • Maintain positive internal relationships through professional communication
  • Implement strategic plans to meet KPIs and adjust as necessary
  • Train, coach, and evaluate staff to uphold operational and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve interdepartmental issues
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct management experience with hourly front-line employees
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance management, coaching, and feedback
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving via USPS and common carriers like FedEx or UPS
  • High proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to lead effectively
