Requirements
? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
? Must be proactive and take initiative in solving problems
? High-speed internet connection
? Proficiency in MS Office and experience with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP

Responsibilities
? Respond to emails and phone calls
? Schedule meetings
? Manage contact lists and organize managers?? calendars
? Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records
? Conduct market research
? Prepare presentations as assigned
? Provide customer service as first point of contact
