Improve Product Listings: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to optimize product listings based on customer feedback, ensuring that content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with customer expectations. ? Analyze Competitor Activity: Conduct competitor analysis to understand their reputation management strategies and identify opportunities for our brand to stand out. ? Customer Service Coordination: Work closely with the customer service team to escalate and resolve any issues highlighted in customer reviews or inquiries. ? Reporting: Provide regular reports on customer sentiment, review trends, and the impact of reputation management efforts on sales and customer satisfaction. ? Keyword Monitoring: Track and manage relevant keywords related to our products and brand to ensure they are reflected positively in search results on Amazon.
