Key Responsibilities
? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
? Assist customers with product questions, order issues, returns, refunds, and account concerns.
? Troubleshoot problems and provide effective resolutions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
? Document customer interactions accurately in the system for reference and continuous improvement.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon?s products, services, and policies.
? Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience.
? Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, meeting quality and productivity metrics.

Required Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
? Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.
? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
? Ability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
? Experience in e-commerce or online retail customer support.
? Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
