Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our client's team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of our hearing solutions company. You will assist with scheduling, data management, customer communications, and other critical administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities: ? Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. ? Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. ? Manage patient records, input data into electronic health records (EHR) systems, and ensure information is accurate and up to date. ? Assist with processing hearing aid orders, repairs, and tracking shipments. ? Coordinate communication between clients, audiologists, and other team members. ? Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed. ? Help manage office supplies and place orders when necessary. ? Support marketing and communication efforts by assisting with client outreach and follow-up. ? Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and other industry standards. ? Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized digital records.
Requirements: ? * Proven experience in an administrative support role (experience in healthcare or audiology fields is a plus). ? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software. ? Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote setting. ? High attention to detail and accuracy. ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ? Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. ? Preferred Qualifications: ? Prior experience in a healthcare or audiology-related environment. ? Knowledge of hearing aids, accessories, or audiology services. ? Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality protocols
