What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Maintain accounts payable and vendor records, processing vendor payments weekly
? Match purchase orders with invoices, verify pricing, and input invoices into the system
? Prepare various reports related to accounts payable and payroll for financial reporting
? Assist in maintaining the general ledger through journal entries and account reconciliation
? Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with federal payroll laws and accuracy in deductions

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Associate's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
? Minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable and Payroll
? Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP)
? Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
? Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform tasks requiring prolonged sitting

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Familiarity with GAAP principles
? Experience with Dynamics Great Plains ERP or similar software
