What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
• Provide first call resolution by utilizing company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members and provide training and support as needed
• Maintain compliance with state regulations when addressing customer complaints
• Demonstrate excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Exceptional telephone demeanor with strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and achieve quality scores of 95% or higher
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
