What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Accurately input and update data across multiple databases, including participant information, program outcomes, and financial records
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies
• Perform regular data audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the preparation of data summaries and presentations for internal and external use
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost care, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management software (e.g., Salesforce, Google Sheets)
• Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
