CarMax is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates should possess a resilient and reliable personality, as well as strong teamwork and research skills...

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about CarMax products and services
• Assist customers with online purchases, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide solutions
• Meet or exceed performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion

Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
