Tek Systems is in partnership with a leading transit company looking to hire several Call Center Representatives for their Harrisburg, PA location!

?emonstrating your ability to proactively address customer requests and explain terms and condition you will quickly become a top performing member of our team with opportunities to become a CSR II or CSR III.

A Day in the Role:
?aking new applications and processing payments via phone.
?ocumenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries.
?pdating and changing account holder information.
?asic data entry.
?ollow up mail & email correspondence.
?erform account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests.
?ccurately explains the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account
?repares reports including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report.

Requirements: ?+ year consecutive Customer Service Experience ?all Center experience is not required, but is a plus! ?+ year working with a computer system ?roficient data entry skills required. ?ositive demeanor and Customer Service Skills ?trong attendance history and reliable transportation ?S Diploma or GED

Work Environment
?all Center Environment
?ours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift.
?ress: Business Casual (Jeans are OK! No leggings or sweatpants)
