Sales & Marketing Associate

They?e seeking a passionate and driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join their remote team. In this role, you?l drive lead validation, manage their sales pipeline, oversee content marketing, and use the latest tools to enhance outreach and engagement?ll while embodying their commitment to hard work, collaboration, and innovation.
Location:
Fully remote (Work from home).
This role offers flexibility to work across PST, MT, or EST time zones. Scheduled team syncs are conducted in PST to accommodate team availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
?ake setter calls to validate leads and prepare them for follow-up meetings.
?anage sales communications, CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), and sales pipeline, including managing emails using Google Workspace.
?onduct research to identify new market opportunities and summarize RFPs periodically.
?crape email and LinkedIn lists using tools like Clay and Instantly.ai.
?versee and optimize automated email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to maximize lead engagement.
Marketing Activities:
?ssist in developing sales and marketing materials, including newsletters, blogs, and social media content.
?aintain and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely publication of blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts.
?onitor and manage Facebook Ads to ensure performance aligns with business goals.
?elp create engaging social media content, post updates, and interact with online communities.
Customer Engagement:
?evelop and execute customer engagement strategies that align with brand and growth goals.
?ddress partner and client inquiries to ensure positive engagement and communication experiences.
Performance Tracking:
?rack and measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, reporting regularly on key performance metrics.
?tilize analytics tools to assess and optimize the success of campaigns.
Business Development:
?dentify new leads, close sales opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
?upport partnership development efforts to onboard and grow business accounts.
?ollaborate closely with the marketing team to create materials, respond to RFPs, and deliver on growth-oriented initiatives.
?onduct ROI analysis and implement data-driven optimizations to ensure business growth.
Qualifications: ?revious experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is a plus. ?trong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to connect effectively with clients and partners. ?roficiency in using CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred), Google Workspace, and social media management tools. ?trong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. ?ositive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
Preferred Skills:
?xperience with email scraping tools (Clay, Instantly.ai) and social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads.
?amiliarity with content marketing and managing editorial calendars.
