Responsibilities
?iling physical copies of the data
?erifying invoice details and handling invoice payments
?ross-checking and rectifying data entry errors
?dhering to the quality control measures at all times
?nsuring that there is no duplication of data
?athering all required documents and personal details from clients
?eviewing and cataloguing data with appropriate tags

Customer service via emails, phone calls, and web customer service. Data entry agents can come from all various backgrounds including, data entry clerk, telemarketing, customer support, Customer Service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, receptionist, call facility, part-time, retail, Warehouse or customer service representative.

?erform daily Research tasks.

Requirements
?igh School Diploma or GED
?roven work experience in the Administrative department as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Operator, Typist or an equivalent position
?xcellent typing skills
?emonstrating an attention to detail
?ood written and oral communication skills
?trong analytical and problem-solving skills
?ood time management and organisational skills
?bility to work independently
