Front of House:
?ashier - walk in/drive-thru
?ounter Server - expo, curbside, and guest services

Back of House:
?its - prepare and smoke meats
?oards - line cook, meat cutter
?rep - prepare sides and desserts from scratch
?ishwasher - dishwasher, utility

We are looking for individuals who:
?rovide great backyard hospitality for guests
?ork in a fast and independent manner
?an cross-train and work multiple stations
?onsistently follow proper recipes and procedures
?aintain our high standards for food preparation and sanitation
?ontribute to the team by taking initiative and will pitch-in to help others

To promote good teamwork, daily tasks include:
?rrive on time for each shift and practice proper time reporting (punch in and out accurately)
?omplete hot food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly, and according to sanitation guidelines
?ork in collaboration to prepare take out and catering orders in a timely fashion
?ollow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly
?rovide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests
