Job Title: Remote Call Center Agent (Outbound/Inward)

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM (Various shifts)

Salary: $14.00 per hour

Benefits: Available after 60 days for full-time employees

Job Overview

We are currently in search of motivated and customer-focused representatives to become integral members of our remote team. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service solutions to our esteemed clients daily. The selected candidates will engage in consistent outbound communications for various programs and projects, accurately document all customer interactions, and uphold the highest standards of integrity while complying with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
?onduct consistent outbound calls for diverse programs and projects.
?ccurately record all customer interactions.
?phold integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures.
?erform typing and data entry tasks.
?psell products and services as applicable.
?chedule appointments in a business-to-customer format.
?aintain a comprehensive understanding of campaign products, services, and promotions.

Required Skills
?xcellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
?trong communication skills, with a clear, professional, and friendly voice.
?asic computer skills and computer literacy are essential.
?utstanding attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications
?inimum of one year of call center experience, ideally with automatic dialers and call scripting (mandatory for remote candidates).
? high school diploma or GED is required.
?ales experience is advantageous.
?xperience in an outbound environment is preferred.
