What You?ll Be Doing:
? Consolidating data from systems like Intulse VOIP, Fingercheck, and Less Annoying CRM.
? Merging and organizing data by employees, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
? Analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to management.
? Generating detailed Excel reports to support strategic decision-making.
? Maintaining up-to-date databases with relevant information.

About You:
? Be able to do the job as described.
? Excel proficiency, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
? Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
? Experience with telemarketing systems (Intulse VOIP, Fingercheck, Less Annoying CRM) is a plus.
? Experience pulling reports and analyzing metrics for a team of telemarketers or customer service or inside sales individuals.
? Great for someone who is retired

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
