Job title: HRIS Data Analyst - BI & People Analytics (Remote) Company: Tower Health Job description: Responsibilities As a member of our fabulous HRIS team, your contributions will include: • Requirements gathering, developing, and maintaining reports for consistent or ad-hoc HR data needs. • Retrieving data from a variety of sources using advanced relational database skills. • Combining and cleansing data to ensure data integrity. • Sharing metrics or reports via dashboard or suitable delivery method. • Recognizing and recommending opportunities to evolve HR analytics and data delivery methods. • Providing guidance and mentoring to the team to advance their reporting skills. • Involvement with HR projects. • Learning HR systems to design, develop, and maintain systems as needed. #LI #MP Qualifications • Advanced knowledge and skills with relational databases and complex reporting required. • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, relational databases, SQL, and BI tools for reporting. • Excellent communication skills and customer focus. • High school diploma or GED.
