Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionExperian Health is looking for a Technical Writer to join our dynamic Product team .You will report to Experian Health and play a critical part in shaping how we communicate complex, data-driven healthcare solutions to internal and external audiences. You'll collaborate across teams to create clear, accessible, and engaging documentation that empowers users and supports product success.You'll have opportunity to:Create documentation that supports product migrations, updates, and launches-ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with Experian's brand and accessibility standardsTranslate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content, including user guides, FAQs, release notes, and internal process documentationCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and agree on messagingMaintain and evolve documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency across all contentSupport incident response by producing, accurate change communications and help contentQualifications4+ years' experience in technical writing, in software, healthcare, or data-focused environmentsBachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, English, or related field.4+ years' experience creating documentation for diverse audiences, including both technical partners and non-technical partners4+ years' experience with content management systems, version control tools, and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Git, MadCap Flare, SharePoint)Familiarity with accessibility, inclusivity, and legal compliance in documentationBackground in software development, engineering, or product managementKnowledge of XML-based documentation tools and structured authoringAdditional InformationBenefits/Perks:Great compensation package and bonus planCore benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401KFlexible work environment, ability to work remoteFlexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidaysExplore all our exciting benefits here: https://yourexperianbenefits.com/cand-index.htmlOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
