The Business Operations team helps guide and articulate technology strategy and research, and is responsible for driving the day-to-day operation of the Product & Technology organization, including: project and portfolio management and tracking; organization-level capital, space, and resource management and allocation; process management; technical incident management; and our administrative and workplace experience support team. What You Will Do: Support the end-to-end execution and delivery of a high-priority technical program, ensuring ongoing alignment with defined objectives, requirements, and estimates. Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project milestones, blockers, and risks to foster program-wide transparency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen and maintain project documentation using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable. Apply foundational knowledge of technical architecture and tools to help drive problem-solving conversations across technical teams. Assist in creating and refining presentations with clear narrative structure and visually appealing designs for various audiences. Required Qualifications & Skills: Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and technical architecture Proven ability to facilitate effective communication across disparate teams, autonomously work on multiple assignments, and implement process and cultural improvements Evidence of strong planning, organizational, delivery, and problem-solving skills Exemplary written communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills Be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in technical internships/roles Enthusiasm for technology and innovation, especially in the media and entertainment industry Coursework or certifications in project management (e.g., CAPM, Agile, Scrum) Education: Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related field. Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Additional Information: Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship Fully available from M-F, 40 hours each week for the entire program duration: May/June - August/September 2026 (12 weeks) Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work The pay rate for this role in Glendale, CA is $38 per hour.
