About the Role As a Talent Mobility Analyst at Toyota, you'll play a critical role in driving the company's global mobility strategy forward. You'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the movement of team members, both domestically and internationally, ensuring a seamless and intentional assignment experience. This role is a unique blend of strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder management, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment that's perfect for someone looking to grow their career in talent mobility. Key Responsibilities Provide direction and assistance to HR and business leaders to develop assignment packages that align with Toyota's assignment policies and procedures. Initiate and manage the assignment or relocation process, ensuring timely and effective execution. Collaborate with third-party suppliers to administer team member assignments and relocations, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly. Troubleshoot and assist with resolving complex situations involving team members' assignments or relocations, providing exceptional customer service. Interpret and administer policies and regulations, working closely with team members and suppliers to address questions and concerns. Assess and document unique or exceptional requests to policy, collaborating with the Head of Talent Mobility to manage exception requests and inquiries. Evaluate and document existing business procedures, recommending and implementing new or revised policies, procedures, or practices to enhance Talent Mobility operations and processes. Provide regular mobility activity updates, both qualitative and quantitative, to stakeholders. Manage multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. What You Bring To succeed as a Talent Mobility Analyst at Toyota, you'll need a strong foundation in talent mobility, relocation, and assignment management. Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for: Essential Qualifications Experience coordinating domestic and international relocation and assignment processes. Understanding of the assignment lifecycle, including the various stages and stakeholders involved. Working knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and processes for obtaining work permits and visas. Working knowledge of taxes applicable to relocation, assignment, and immigration compensation. Basic knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, research, evaluate, and resolve complex issues. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to various stakeholders. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience relevant to this position. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience managing suppliers and outsourced functions/labor models. Experience with mobility tracking technology, such as GMS or GMS-T certification. Global mindset and cross-cultural sensitivity, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and international environment.
