Systems Engineer Associate (Fleet Analytics) - Level 1

The Systems Engineer Associate (Fleet Analytics) - Level 1 will analyze operational data, collaborate with teams to enhance system reliability, and manage performance metric documentation to support data-driven decisions. Responsibilities Serve as a key technical contributor for metric reporting and degrader analytics processes across complex aerospace systems Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify anomalies, degraders, and areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions that improve system reliability Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive library of system performance metric documentation Proactively manage your workload and time, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Communicate insights clearly to internal stakeholders to support data-driven decisions Skills Holds at least 1 year of professional experience Previous experience as a flightline maintainer or similar role reviewing flight operational data and performance Demonstrated experience using spreadsheets, databases (MS Excel, Access, HANA, Tableau, or SQL/Oracle), and experience with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, PowerPoint) F-35 program experience strongly preferred - flightline maintainer or other Bachelors degree in Engineering related field Advanced experience in using spreadsheets (MS Excel - Equations, Pivot Tables and/or VBA) Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills advantageous Understanding of performance metric measures and readiness reporting techniques Ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy and quick delivery Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required with an ability to address diverse audiences Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability 401(k) match Flexible Spending Accounts EAP Education Assistance Parental Leave Paid time off Holidays Company Overview Lockheed Martin is a global security and aerospace company that specializes in advanced technology systems, products, and services.
